Crystal bowls are made of quartz, they are manufactured to match the musical scale C, D, E, F, G, A, B.

We believe that crystal singing bowls can produce a vibrational sound that resonates with our chakras. Their sounds are used for meditation, for grounding purposes, for relaxation and much more.

During our 2h workshop we learn the dos and don’ts to play crystal bowls for yourself; we learn the reason why we use these tools, crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls; we experience a 30min sound bath.
