We flow together giving ourselves the gift of breath and movement. Our classes focus on flexibility, recovery, relaxation and the power of breath and movement.
Type of classes: Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath, Vinyasa.
Gentle Flow:
This yoga style is kind and slow. Movement and breath are stringed together creating a practice to unwind the mind and re-energize the body. This class promotes stretching, mobility and mindful breathing.
Vinyasa:
We weave movements creating an ever-going flow of yoga postures paired with breath and intention. Vinyasa yoga challenges balance and can be used as a gentle to mild form of workout.
Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation:
This is a class with relaxing movements and soothing sounds. This combo is designed to infuse your mind and body with peace and energy. Our intention for this class is to target muscle recovery and to self-regulate the nervous system.
Yin – Private only:
During this class we hold poses extensively to work on joints and ligaments range of motion; we focus on flexibility and circulation. The nature of this class also promotes mindfulness.
